This is a full-bodied coffee with a decent sweetness and a hint of fruity aroma.  Costa Rican coffees are grown at high altitudes reflected in a hard mature bean that finishes with deep earthy tones.  Medium-roasted

Ethiopia coffees are among the world's finest, and it’s where country people still harvest wild berries as practiced centuries ago.  It is considered the birthplace of the Arabica coffee plant.  "Dances on the palette with a divine cinnamon and citrusy accent, and finishes with a lingering sensation of cocoa and wine." Grown in the highest mountains, El Salvador beans have received world wide attention. The flavor, citrus- like orange, is blended with an earthy cocoa as well as some cedar-like notes, similar to a black currant.  A delightful and complex character of bean.  Medium-dark

Grown near the Sierra de las Minas biosphere reserve, home  to 885 species of birds, mammals, and reptiles, this coffee radiates with a distinctive chocolate, mildly sweet and subtle smokey finish.  Dark-roasted

Grown near Lake Toba, Indondesia,  the semi-washed Sumatra is roasted from light to medium-dark, depending upon the Sumatran varieties and the process from picking to preparation. This is a coffee with deep characteristics that illuminate mild fruitiness, caramel tones, and a peppery spice quality ending in a smooth, velvety finish.

Grown at high altitudes near Altura, and near the city of Tapachula, we roast Mexcio Chiapas like a good light white wine - delicate in body, with a pleasant finishing dryness. Rich in flavor with premium sweetness.  Lightly roasted for full flavor.

Wonderful shade grown coffee grown in the high mountains of northern Peru. An especially smooth, medium body, pleasing sweetness, and finishing with a hint of earthiness. Darker roasted draws out the smooth and velvety complexity.
